When we first set up the Alexandra Wylie Tower Foundation (AWTF), we approached Camila Batmanghelidjh for advice on helping local children who were not lucky enough to have the wonderful opportunities Alexandra had in her short life. Through the Kids Company staff in North London, we were introduced to a Dickensian world about which we knew nothing and discovered many children on our door step who did not have enough to eat or warm clothes for the winter.

The annual AWTF Pinknic will be held on Saturday 5th September from 12 - 5 in Waterlow Park! With yet another great line-up of up-and-coming musicians, champagne tea, bouncy castles, food galore, the great AWTF bake off and activities for all of the family to enjoy, this is a date to put in your diaries now!

Wellness week launches with cupcakes, animals and big smiles!
For many inner city children, the opportunity to see the small animals of a working farm are farand few between. The Alexandra Wylie Tower Foundation?s Springfling on Sunday 15th May provided some of the youngsters from Parliament Hill School (PHS) with their first chance to come face to face with goats, rabbits, sheep and other farm animals.
